As soon as you book your ride online our Sydney airport pickup service will calculate an ideal pickup time based on your travel information. This ideal time is based on information from your specific location and factors in possible traffic issues and signal lights. Basically we take into account all contingencies so you won’t miss a flight! We assure that arrive at Sydney international airport 2 hours prior to check in and Sydney domestic airport 1hour 20 minutes.

 

2. Can I take a plan B shuttle anytime?

Yes, you can! But you have to get a quote first. If you got a confirmation call or an Email after the quote we will send you car right on time.

 

3. How do I book a point-to-point trip? (Where one point is not an airport)

Please let us know the point A address and point B address. Examples include visiting a friend, going to a city hotel, sports event, party, concert, etc. You can go to/from anywhere, any address. We calculate the distance and travel time and then calculate your price. Please use point-to-point if intend to be moving frequently during your trip (i.e. The driver will not be waiting for you during a stop.).

 

4. How do I make an hourly reservation?

Please select “hourly rentals” during the booking process. If the majority of your rental time is stationary (not moving) you should book using the hourly rentals option. Examples include: a night on the town, proms, weddings, etc. (i.e. The driver will wait for you during a stop).

 

5. Do I need to tip my driver?

We have built a suggested 5% gratuity for your driver. But it’s not a compulsory option. If your driver was extraordinary you can call us after your trip and say, “My driver was extraordinary.” We will be happy to reflect driver’s opportunity to be promoted.

 

6. Can I get help with my luggage?

Yes, our drivers are happy to meet in front of your house and help you load luggage into the plan B shuttle. There is no extra charge for this. They will not enter your house.
Assistance at the airport is usually not necessary as trolleys are provided there. In the event that you do require assistance at the airport the driver may require a small additional charge.
 

7. Can I change or cancel a reservation?

In the event that you are forced to cancel we ask that you contact us 48 hours prior to the booking. We will direct you to the appropriate steps and confirm the cancellation when processed.

If I am being picked up by Sydney Airport shuttle, How will the Driver know I have Arrived?

If you are flying into Sydney Airport, please turn on your cell phone as soon as you have arrived and driver will try to contact you directly. When you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up, call your driver directly at that number. It will take your driver approximately 7 minutes from your call to arrive at the pickup area. Due to the time difference of each passenger’s arrival through the gates, a waiting time may occur at the airport.

My flight has been delayed. What should I do?

Don’t worry if you are on the same flight and experiencing a delay, we regularly check your flight status and will make necessary adjustments. If flight is delayed more than 30 mimutes we rescheduled next available Sydney shuttle airport .
